Privacy policy

What we collect

Account data: your email address, the region edition you use, and your credit balance and transaction history.

Content data: the briefs you submit and the drafts, audio and video generated from them, stored so your library works.

Billing data: payment status and receipts. Card and PayPal credentials are held by our payment providers, never by us.

How we use it

To generate content you ask for, deduct the correct credits, and keep your library and receipts available.

To process payments, renewals, refunds and failed-payment recovery.

To keep the service secure and to detect abuse of free trial credits.

Sharing

We share only what is required to run the service: our AI model providers (for generation), Stripe and PayPal (for payment), and our hosting and database providers.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your briefs or drafts to train public models.

Retention and your rights

Drafts stay in your library until you delete them. Billing records are retained as long as tax rules require.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time from the contact page.

For Philippine customers we handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Trial sessions

Free trial usage on Inkwell Philippines is tracked with an anonymous identifier stored in your browser so trial credits can be counted. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you clear site data.
