How does credit pricing work?

Text generation costs 100 credits per 1,000 words, billed in 500-word blocks. Audio conversion is 200 credits, video is 50 credits per 10 seconds, and an optional human-style voice-over adds 150 credits.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. Every visitor gets 2,000 free trial credits with no sign-up. You only create an account when the trial credits run out or when you want to save drafts to your library.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits roll over indefinitely, including credits granted by a subscription. If you cancel, you keep every credit already in your wallet — only the renewals stop.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

Plan changes are prorated by the payment provider and your wallet is topped up to the new tier's allowance immediately.

Refunds are handled case by case. When a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching credits are deducted from your wallet and renewals are paused until billing is healthy again.
