Refund policy

Unused credits

If a purchase on Inkwell Canada is unused, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it to the original payment method.

Credits already spent on generations cannot be refunded, because the model usage has already been paid for on your behalf.

Failed or poor-quality generations

If a generation fails, the credits are not deducted. If they are deducted in error, contact support with the draft or receipt reference and we will restore them.

Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future renewals immediately; you keep every credit already granted. Part-used billing periods are not refunded, and plan changes are prorated by the payment provider.

Refunds and chargebacks

When a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching credits are deducted from your wallet and renewals are paused until billing is healthy again.

Statutory consumer rights in your country always apply in addition to this policy.
